3 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz agave syrup
10 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
2 Serrano chili pepper, thin sliced
Infuse gin with Serrano chili for about an hour. Remove
chilis. Pour all liquid ingredients and a few basil leaves into a cocktail
shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for one minute. Pour into
cocktail glasses. Garnish with thinly chilis and basil.
